Hi All,
How do you apply to get onto the board as I would be prepared to give it a go, I have the time available.

You speak to the other 5 members and tell us what you think you can bring to the table. It would help if you could have any experience written down. We all discus it then take our recommendations to the members at the next meeting. It's then up to the collective members to vote.

Hi Mags, Thanks for that, just to clear up, the first hurdle is that you have to past the existing board test before you can be voted for by the members of the supporters club? Pete

No, there's no board test! ALL applicants will be put to the members as a whole for them to vote. To put it in a nutshut, If anyone came to us with their CV, even if we, as a board decided we didn't think they could bring much to the table, once it's been put to the members it's out of our hands. We are bound by the majority vote. Hope this helps.

Well pete, my experience of the other forum is you need to be constantly positive, never a bad word said against the team or the happy clappers! Think tony hand is a coaching god and admit that he isn't responsible for anything the team or his players do on the ice! In fact just be greatful we have him as a coach. Think the supporters/players bus is a stroke of genius! Don't expect any success in manchester, just be glad we have a team and you may just be considered for a supporters club post

Hi All,
I have submitted my CV to the club for consideration to join the Supporters club board, I have received a reply and just waiting for someone else to apply as I would make it an even number and an odd one is needed ( I know I'm fairly odd myself ).
