Hi All,
Where is Everton so that Andy Costigan can have a vote. It's nice to see that my postings on the other forum hit home and we now don't get bombarded with football during a hockey game. No, I don't have any problem with football.

Shouldn't be hard getting tickets at Anfield these days surely. ;D It was completely dead against Portsmouth the other day, so much so that you could hear one man from the Portsmouth end singing "are we in a library". I thought Pete or Simon had gone to the game!

Atmosphere at Anfield has been rubbish for years, as it has in all premier league grounds I've seen games at. I used to go to 20+ games a season, been to 2 in two years now. I think going to hockey and baseball games in the US has turned me into a right sports snob, cos it's nice to be able to have a drink during the game (and even better, served by beer sellers to your seat ), and to be able to eat something other than a cold meat and potato pie, and not queue for half an hour to get it.

........ singing "are we in a library" ..... At the CC final the Cardiff fans were singing this to the Nottingham fans, then they changed it to " are we in Sheffield Arena?"
