The current grand slam winners of the league are in town on Sunday.
I think we will lose 3 -7 I'm afraid...
Your thoughts?

Hi All, Enjoyed the game tonight, not just because we won but because both teams played with heart and passion. Haggleberg was everywhere, he played his heart out but it looked as though he hurt his knee. The players gave him the respect of getting him to lead the players in the lap of honour, although Walker scored three goals and an obvious call for MOM, I would have given MOM to Haggleberg.
I just wish that Fone would learn how to deflect rebounds to one side or the other not directly infront of himself. He needs some good goalie coaching, I would be happy to see him back next year.
It was nice to see three lines being played although it was 1-2-3 then 3rd missing a rotation and then playing.
Last nights result makes you think "have we turned a corner" but then you think "it was Romford" as Peterborough are a better team it might confirm the turn but only time will tell.
Each season the Choirboys pick a player that has shone above the rest, this year I will be nominating Haggleberg to sign our flag.

Hi All,
Just to add to my post above.
I really like Walker he has great ability, three good goals showed that tonight, it does take more than skill to get a short hander, keeping it together is a big thing, then to do it again, my problem with /walker is his lack of physicalness (is that a word?) I wish he would use his size and lay the body, it would just round his game off and take him to the next level. He does shy away from some checking in the corners, which in turn sends the signals to the opposition to lay the body on him.
Was impressed with Mattson, corker of a blue liner for the first goal, Phoenix need someone who can shoot from the blue line and I wish it would be done more. The old mantra of "throw it at the net and good things will happen" comes to mind. I liked it when Mattson used the lineman as an extra defenseman to get the puck across the blue line, it was a Mattson, puck, attacker and linesman sandwich.
