Is it just me that thinks there's something going on behind the scenes?
Ben & Ryan dont get a shift AT ALL tonight, apperently something has happened behind the scenes? Maybe when the team went to Lymm after Thursdays game for some 'bonding' did they perhaps say something that didn't go down well when being open an honest with the gaffer??? Why else would they be benched?
Has TH told the players he doesn't want back next season already - hence there only seems to be some putting their heart & soul into each game?
What do you think....

Hi All,
Last night we weren't beaten by the better team, just better tactics. They muscled us off the puck, played the body, frightened them. The players also didn't have any heart in the game.
From what I have been told after Thursday nights game, Tony Hand went straight back home to Scotland only returning on Sunday, he cancelled the ice time for training. If I were a player that played the way the team did against MKL I would expect to be beasted for the forseeable future.
There is definately something going on behind the scenes, I think that Neil Morris has a decision to make at the end of the season.
Last season when we were beaten it didn't cause me any problems as we were the little fish in a big pond, the attitude to a game was - we are going to loose, but it was great if we got a point and marvelous if we got two, but this season we are one of the bigger fish, I still love the move to the EPL but I now want to see the season ended, which all the years that I have been watching hockey is dificult for me to say.
I will still be going to the playoffs in Coventry but the way we are playing at the moment I doubt the Phoenix will be there.

I think once the product people are paying to see becomes second rate I think we are entitled to worry whats causing it.
