Here here.
Also, more consistency in the personel on each line, so they can build more chemistry.
We've done a lot of chopping and swapping this year.

Certainly 3 line hockey as every team that wins trophies in the EPL has 3 line hockey. Also hopefully a couple from the Metros moving up those that are ready. And decent officials ...oh well i dream about the last one ! lol

Hi All,
The thing about officials is if they have a good game then they have it for both teams playing and it is the same if they have a bad game.
The officials in the Elite league are definately a better standard than EPL and I think that a lot of people expect the officials to be the same standard.

Better travel arrangements. The MK team arrived in 2 mini buses last night. I no longer want to hear that excuse.

Better travel arrangements. The MK team arrived in 2 mini buses last night. I no longer want to hear that excuse. MK have had mini buses for years though and they are used to them and they don't have as far to travel to most games. Our lads had a coach at the beginning of the season so the mini buses are a big change and shock to the system. I don't believe that's the only reason they play badly away but I do think it's a contributing factor being squashed into a small mini bus. Is there nothing available size wise in between a 49 seater coach and a little mini bus? Even 3 or 4 people carriers with 7 seats would surely be more comfortable and they could still take the kit in the van. I also didn't just mean the mini buses but little things like getting to games earlier and preparing better. We've been to away games this season and the players have only arrived after us on numerous occasions and we aren't there that early. I know MK were late yesterday and still won but that was a one off because of the circumstances.... and they should have been there earlier because we saw them on Norton Canes services at four o'clock and I actually went up to them and said the traffic on the northbound M6 was at a standstill for miles and they would be better off avoiding it. They obviously didn't listen though!!!

As others have said 3 line hockey is a must....
Now seeing this isn't the official forum I'd like to say it's time for Tony to get behind the bench and stay there. Staying on the ice for far too long is stopping our younger players from getting the experience and confidence. It's obvious 2 line hockey is not working. We're supposed to be working as a team but relying on just one line to get virtuallly all your points isn't the way to go. For that reason I'd like to see 3 strong lines next season rather than just one major one.
Also I'd like to see a more european influence in terms of our imports.... Look at Milton Keynes - nuff said.
Sorry but we can't afford to have an enforcer type next season. This league is not meant for enforcer types as at the end of the day they'll keep getting match bans and ultimately this will have a detrimental effect on the team. Sorry Andre... but oi you off!

Karen, 3 or 4 people carriers cost more to hire than a 49 seater coach and you still have to pay for the fuel for the kit van.
